I would say that whatever you put under the "Make a Block", would happen when that block comes into play in your script. You would use "Make a Block" so that your script isn't too long, it would be a little shortcut for everything that you need that block to do.

Debug It Reflection

To debug I always checked to see what was the original problem, and what was preventing the scratch to work. In order to help someone learn how to debug, I would tell them to check to see what is wrong, and use other blocks to see if it can fix it. Just test things out and see what you need in order to make it work.

10 Block Challenge Reflection

This Challenged helped me learn how to create a certain assignment while being limited to only a certain amount of blocks. I thought the only bad thing about it was that our creation was limited because of the small amount of blocks we were able to use.

Try It Out Reflection

This activity was surprising because I realized that you needed to type it into HTML in order for it to post to my blog. I didn't like being led step by step throughout the project because it didn't help me at all. The directions were very unclear. I like having more structure when the structure is clear to me, I also like having more freedom. I like having more freedom when I get to create my own thing and get the assignment done with my own creation. I feel the most creative when I get to create my own thing.
